Resident Requirements
The Meadows Seniors will provide an affordable, safe, and high quality living environment for senior residents to enjoy proximity to family and amenities in the beautiful City of Lake Forest. The Meadows Seniors Apartments will be restricted to people 62 years or over. To qualify, residents must meet annual income qualification requirements based upon a percentage of the Orange County Median Income.
